I believe exercise, complimented with a good nutrition plan is the key to a long term healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

I like to take part in races and events as this encourages me to push myself and experience going outside my comfort zones, as I encourage my clients to do. I also train football teams for preseason training allowing them to reach their maximum fitness, and most importantly injury free!

At MyPTstudio we have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience for each individual client and together as a team we will make your time here enjoyable and rewarding.
