I have worked in the leisure industry for many years, firstly as a fitness instructor, general manager and now personal trainer.
I’ve competed at international level in sport, and have spent time at a Muay Thai camp in Thailand. I like to combine conditioning elements from my experiences in sport with my knowledge of strength and fitness training to give a unique path to improvement.
