I rediscovered my love for fitness while training for the Sydney half marathon whilst travelling Australia. Since returning home I haven't been able to sit still!

I’ve starting my dream job as a personal trainer and opened my own online PT Company through an interactive app available across the UK. If you want to burn fat, gain muscle, set a new PB time or just love throwing  some kettlebells around, come and see me today!
