Tom Riddick


After many years working within the fitness industry, I soon developed my own vision of how exercise and nutrition should be prescribed. From this vision, MyPTstudio was born in August 2012.

The aim was to create a private training studio built around the needs of our clients, providing a personalised service like no other.

I take a research-driven approach to training, backing up each exercise with science and reasoning. I look to educate and provide a solid understanding of the basics first, before adding flair and creativity into my programming.

I’m very proud of our work at MyPTstudio and the community we’ve created over the years. Our latest expansion allows our influence to grow further beyond that of our 1:1 clients, as we develop the MyPT360 Group Training Programme, bringing group exercise in-line with our Personal philosophy of Training.
